GET.invest Matchmaking at the Forum in Kigali

You will have the possibility to participate in up to four GET.invest Matchmaking Sessions that will be held at the Forum in Kigali between 17 and 19 May 2022:

17 May:

8.45am – 10.45am CAT - GET.invest Matchmaking info und booking

18 May:

9.30am – 11am CAT - GET.invest Matchmaking Session I                

11am - 1pm CAT - GET.invest Matchmaking Session II

19 May:

9.30am – 11am CAT - GET.invest Matchmaking Session III

2pm - 4pm CAT - GET.invest Matchmaking Session IV

During the entire event, the matchmaking organisation team will be on site to guide you through the matchmaking processes and support you to find suitable meeting partners.

It will be possible to book meetings from 2 to 19 May. If you are registered as on-site attendee, you will be able to request meetings both for your time at the Forum and for the virtual matchmaking taking place online after the event (from 30 May to 3 June). Your on-site meetings will have a duration of 20 minutes each.

Where will my meetings take place?   

The meetings will take place in the GET.invest Matchmaking hall on the lower floor of the Kigali Convention Centre, accessible through Foyer 1C, right next to hall AD12. Please be aware that you will only be entitled to participate in the GET.invest Matchmaking Sessions if you are a registered attendee of the SEforALL Forum 2022. 

We strongly recommend that you install the b2match mobile app (available on the App Store and Google Play) to communicate with other participants and manage your meetings during the event. 

Anything else I need to note?   

Please be punctual for your meetings and end your meetings on time. Other matchmaking participants depend on your punctuality, since the scheduling is back to back.

GET.invest Matchmaking at the Forum - How does it work?

A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. 20 minutes run fast, but they are enough to build first connections before the meeting ends and the next talk starts.

Registration

Register via the Register button. You can either register for on-site attendance or online attendance. If you want to join the matchmaking at the Kigali Convention centre and additionally add virtual matchmaking please choose "On-site attendance". If you want to participate only in virtual matchmaking, please choose "Online attendance".

What to do if you also would like to participate at virtual GET.invest Matchmaking

If you want to have additional virtual meetings you can book them by clicking on the "pick a different time" button when booking your meetings.
